To prevent dehydration, please drink plenty of water before using the sauna.
※ Please strictly refrain from using the sauna after consuming alcohol.

※While our facility does not feature a dedicated cold plunge pool, you can easily fill the bathtub in your guest room with cold water to enjoy as a refreshing private cold bath.

Clean Your Body (Rinse or Shower)

First, wash your body thoroughly to remove any sweat or dirt before entering the sauna.

Take a Sauna

Take a Sauna
  • You can adjust the temperature to your preference, up to 110°C.
  • Time: Approx. 5 to 10 minutes.※ Do not overexert yourself; relax and enjoy at your own comfortable pace.
  • Löyly: Löyly is the authentic experience of pouring water over the hot sauna stones to generate steam, which instantly increases the humidity and perceived temperature in the room.
  • Ladle: When using the ladle, please pour only 1 scoop of water. If you wish to generate more steam, need to wait at least 10 minutes before pouring another scoop.

※ IMPORTANT
Pouring a large amount of water at once will generate a sudden burst of intense. This can cause physical distress or burns, and will severely damage the sauna heater equipment.
Please pour small amounts of water gradually, monitor your comfort level, and enjoy the Löyly responsibly.

Cold Water Bath

  • Soak in the cold bath for about 1 minute.
  • Taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly as you enter the water.

※Please feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking for the most comfortable.
※If you are not comfortable taking a cold bath, please feel free to use the cold shower instead.

  • body dry and take a rest outdoors for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • You can reclining in the provided "Infinity Chair.

※To ensure the privacy of all guests and maintain a comfortable environment, wearing a gown or poncho is strictly required while taking fresh air bath.
Therefore,you either rent our paid equipment set or bring your own gown or poncho.

1. Precautions for Use

  • Health Check:When you have consumed alcohol, a fever, extremely fatigued, pregnant, or have been advised against bathing by a doctor.
  • Hydration: Please drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna session.
  • Takeaway Jewelry: Necklaces, earrings, watches, and other metallic items will become dangerously hot and can cause burns. You must takeaway all jewelry before entering the sauna.
  • Showering: Please thoroughly rinse off sweat and dirt with a shower before entering the sauna, and again before using the cold bath or taking an outdoor air bath.

2. Prohibited Activities in the Sauna

  • Clothing Requirement: For hygiene reasons, using the sauna completely nude is prohibited. Please wear a swimsuit, the provided sauna wear, or wrap yourself in a towel.
  • No Eating, Drinking, or Smoking: Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the sauna are strictly prohibited.
  • No Combustible Items: Bringing newspapers, magazines, smartphones, or other electronic devices into the sauna is strictly forbidden, as this may cause a fire or equipment failure.
  • Avoid Prolonged Use: Staying in the sauna for excessively long periods may result in dehydration or heatstroke. Please monitor your physical condition and take adequate rest breaks.

3. About Self-Löyly (Pouring Water on Stones)

  • Use Designated Water Only: Only use tap water (or the provided aroma water) for Löyly. Pouring any other beverages will cause severe damage to the equipment.
  • Do Not Overpour: Pouring a large amount of water onto the stove at once will cause a sudden eruption of scalding steam, leading to severe burns and equipment failure. Please pour slowly, using only 1 scoop at a time. If wish to pour again, need to wait at least 10 minutes.
  • Do Not Touch the Stove: The sauna stones and the stove body are extremely hot. Please be extremely careful and never touch them directly.

4.Other

  • Children's User: For safety reasons, children of elementary school age and under are not permitted to use the sauna alone. Must be accompanied and strictly supervised by a guardian at all times.
  • Disclaimer: The facility assumes no liability for any injuries, illness, or loss of personal property that may occur during the use of the sauna.
  • Please be advised that if these rules are not followed, or if a situation is deemed dangerous.we reserve to immediately suspend your use of the sauna.
