About room types and booking
- What is the capacity?
- Adventure Dome 2 to 10 guests. Symphony Villa 2 to 4 guests.
- What are the check In and check Out times?
- ・Check In：15：00～18：00
・Check Out：Following day 8：00～10：00
- Can I leave my luggage ( take in my room ) ?
- We sincerely apologize,we do not offer luggage storage or room delivery before check In. We do not accept or send courier deliveries.
- Have Parking?
- We have a free parking lot exclusively for our guests.
here is a limit on the number of cars.
For guests visiting Tobu Zoo, parking lot during your stay (from 9:30 on the day of arrival to 20:00 the next day).
※Standard parking fees will apply if you use the exclusive parking lot at Tobu Zoo.
- How far can i walk from Granphil Resorts TOBU to Tobu Zoo?
- It takes about 10 minutes on foot to the Tobu Zoo West Gate.

- How much is the accommodation fee for children?
- Elementary school : 8,800 JPY
Children ages 3 to 6 (with bedding): 8,800 JPY
Children ages 3 to 6 (without bedding): 2,200 JPY
Children under 3 years old: 2,200 JPY

- When do cancellation apply?
- Cancellation fees apply from 14 days before your stay.
Up to 15 days before the stay: 0%
14 to 6 days before: 20%
5 to 2 days before: 50%
Day before / Day of / No-show: 100%
For booking cancellations, please refer to the confirmation email sent at the time of your reservation.

- Cash and the following payment methods are accepted

- Is there Wi-Fi？
- Yes.Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms.
- Is there a TV?
- There is no TV in the Adventure Dome rooms. TV are provided in the Symphony Villa rooms.
- Is there a shuttle service from the nearest station?
- We do not provide a shuttle service.You can reach us by taxi in about 15 minutes from "Tobu-dobutsu-koen Station".
- Can I make a reservation by phone?
- Please make your reservation online so that we can send you a booking confirmation email.

About Bringing Your Dog
- Can I bring my dog into Tobu Zoo?
- Dogs are not allowed inside Tobu Zoo.
- How old (in months) can my dog stay here?
- While it depends on their toilet training and tendency to bark unnecessarily, as a general rule, we ask that dogs be at least 6 months old to stay.
- How much is the accommodation fee for dogs?
- Dogs stay for free.
- Can I care my dog in here?
- We do not offer dog sitting or boarding services.
- Can I sleep with my dog?
- Yes. In the event the bedding is soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged, your dog need to use the complimentary doggie diapers.
- Is there a limit on quantity of dogs?
- You can bring your dogs regardless of breed, size, or quantity.
※Room size is be limited, so bringing multiple dogs may make the room feel cramped.
- Do I need to bring anything?
- Please present proof of rabies and combination vaccinations at check In.
- Are all rooms dog friendly?
- Dogs friendly are only allowed Symphony Villa type rooms.
About Meals
- What kind of food is served for dinner and breakfast?
- We provide a BBQ featuring carefully selected ingredients for you to enjoy in your room's dining area.
- I have food allergies. Can you change ingredients or dishes?
- We can make changes as much as possible. Please contact us at least 3 days prior booking day.
※We may not be able to accommodate all allergies.
- Can I bring my own food/ingredients?
- Yes. You can bring your favorite ingredients and enjoy your own original BBQ.If you are room-only plan and wish to BBQ, please order the optional BBQ grill.
- Have any seasonings ?
- Salt and pepper are provided in the room.BBQ sauce is included with all meal plans, and soy sauce is provided with the Standard and Premium plans which include scallops. Please bring any other seasonings if you may need.

- Can I bring my own BBQ grill/stove?
- Bringing any fire-producing equipment is strictly prohibited.Please use the provided gas BBQ grill.

- You can place meal orders up to 3 days.
- Have meals for my dog?
- We have prepared meals for your dog also enjoy dining with you. Please select them from the option.
